Baker Campout 2025

Pack 283’s annual Family camping trip is a great chance for Cub Scouts and their families to enjoy the outdoors together and share a fun scouting experience. Camp overnight (Friday and/or Saturday) in rustic cabins, or just come for the day Saturday. Open to the entire family. Activities will include:

  • Cabin Camping

  • Meals (Sat. - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner; Sun. - Continental Breakfast)

  • Night Hike, Nature Hikes

  • Naturalist Programs (e.g., Forestry, Aviary, Wildlife Photography) by den group

  • Scout Skills

  • Field Games

  • Campfire program with skits and songs

We will need parents and Cub Scouts to help with one meal (prep, serve, set-up, clean-up) over the course of the weekend so the weekend runs smoothly. This is usually assigned by dens, and more details will be provided by the Pack leaders. Thank you!
